Course catalog notification templates include the Guest Invitation and several skill-related notification templates.
This article describes these notification templates, what triggers them, how they're delivered, and the default template settings.
An invited guest (external user) will receive this email notification, which invites them to join a catalog.
Internal users don't automatically receive email notifications when they're added to a catalog. For information about how to add users to a course catalog, see this article.
What triggers the notification?
External users (guests) will receive the Guest Invitation notification when an admin invites them to join a catalog via the LMS365 Admin Center > Users page. For more information about how to invite external users (guests), see this article.
