All users need to, individually, install the LMS365 mobile app on their device. In this guide, we provide the steps users need to go through to install the LMS365 mobile application, and the LMS365 mobile app version.
Installing the LMS365 mobile app
After the downloading process is completed, the user will need to open the application and log in to it.
Users need to have the Microsoft Authenticator installed on their device to successfully log in to their account.

You can configure the mobile app from the Global Settings of your LMS365 solution. Please see this article for details.
LMS365 mobile app version
LMS365 users automatically get the newest version of LMS365 at the time a new release is rolled out. For the LMS365 mobile app, users need to actively update the application version to have access to the latest released features, improvements, and bug fixes.
When a new version of the mobile app is released, users will receive a notification in the mobile app to let them know that a new version of the LMS365 mobile app is available.
If the user has the LMS365 mobile app updated to the latest major release, they will receive the following notification: "A new version is available. Would you like to update now?". Selecting "Update now" will redirect the user to Google Play Store or App Store (for iOS and Android, respectively). Selecting "Not now" will hide the message for 48 hours.
If the user has an older version of the LMS365 mobile app, they will receive the following notification: "You are using an outdated version of the application. Please, update to the latest version". Selecting "Update now" will redirect the user to Google Play Store or App Store (for iOS and Android, respectively). Selecting "Not now" will hide the message until the next major version of the MS365 mobile app is released.
- We highly recommend that all users have updated their LMS365 mobile app to the most recent version to have access to the latest features and improvements.
- We can't guarantee the best user experience with older versions of the mobile app.
- If the user is in offline mode, no synchronization and automatic check of the LMS365 app version is available and the user won't receive suggestions to update to the latest version of the LMS365 mobile app until the connection to the internet is reestablished.
