The issue happened during maintaining configuration in the LMS365 Azure AD application.
Azure, explicitly, has been changed security configuration for the Azure AD application, responsible for License security.
We are going to improve the maintenance process to avoid such cases in the future.
We had a temporary issue with access to the LMS365 license service.
