Logging in to the LMS365 Mobile App

Introduction

This article provides guidance on how to log in to the LMS365 mobile app as an internal or external user and how to shift to view an LMS365 solution on another tenant from the app.

Requirements

IMPORTANT

  • If Office 365 Advanced Threat protection Safe Links policies are configured for your organization, please add the LMS365 URL https://*365.systems/* as an exception to the "do not rewrite" list. This will enable users to open courses directly in the LMS365 mobile app.
  • If users work on a device that is Microsoft 365 Device Management System compliant, all the required policies are configured, and the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed on the device, the log in process will happen intuitively via the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Logging in as an internal user

After having downloaded the LMS365 app to their mobile device, internal users can log in by running the LMS365 application, tapping Login, and entering their Active Directory user profile email address.

NOTE

  • Users need to use the same email to log in to the LMS365 mobile app as in the Microsoft Authenticator app.

  • If the option Users can consent to apps accessing company data on their behalf is set to No in Azure Active Directory user settings, you need to install the app as a tenant administrator and trust it.
  • For the Microsoft Authenticator app to work properly on Android devices, users need to allow LMS365 to access their contacts.
