Attendance registration and reports

With the Instructor-Led Training, part of completing the training is to participate in course sessions.

Therefore, LMS365 offers means to track what sessions learners have participated in.

This includes possibilities for the instructor to manually register learner's attendance, but also to let learners register their attendance at sessions.

Instructors can register the attendance of individual learners in a session by selecting the session in question and then > Register Attendance. From this view, you can, also, download an Excel sheet with the overview of the session's attendance.

Find more about how instructors can register attendance here.

Learners can register their attendance in sessions, either by scanning a QR code, provided by the session instructor, or by providing their signature.

Read more about how learners can register their attendance in sessions here.

The attendance of learners will be calculated as part of their course progress.

Finally, when sessions are held as meetings in Microsoft Teams, the Microsoft Teams meeting attendance report will show which user's participated in the session. This insight can be employed for instructors when they register attendance for the session.
