We have analyzed the slow performance incident in the North Europe region. The incident was caused by an unusual SQL server load generated by a single tenant which unexpectedly affected all other tenants in the region.
The operation team reacted immediately and isolated the tenant and balanced the load of all other tenants in the North Europe region to make the performance stable again.
To prevent similar situations from happening in the future, we have today applied an improvement to the application and are working on additional improvements to ensure smooth operations of the platform and faster external communication.

After monitoring, we can confirm the issue has been solved. We have stabilized the SQL server load and it works well at the moment.
