Service Incident - 2 June 2021 - Slow performance in North Europe region

We have analyzed the slow performance incident in the North Europe region. The incident was caused by an unusual SQL server load generated by a single tenant which unexpectedly affected all other tenants in the region.

The operation team reacted immediately and isolated the tenant and balanced the load of all other tenants in the North Europe region to make the performance stable again.

To prevent similar situations from happening in the future, we have today applied an improvement to the application and are working on additional improvements to ensure smooth operations of the platform and faster external communication.

We are currently aware of an issue with some customers in the LMS365 North Europe Region experiencing slow performance. The reason was in SQL server load, so we have balanced the load for the tenants in the LMS365 North Europe Region to work well.
