How to delete LMS365 from your tenant

In this article, we describe how you can manually delete LMS365 from your tenant, and what you should do if you want to delete the LMS365 after your license will end.


If you need to delete the LMS365 from your tenant, you should do the next steps:

1. Delete the site collection for each of the catalogs. The courses and training plans inside will be deleted automatically as well.

  • Navigate to the SharePoint admin center and click Active Sites under the Sites Section.
  • Select the site you want to delete.
  • Click Delete and confirm your action.
  • Navigate to Deleted site under the Sites Section to permanently delete the site.
  • Select the site.
  • Click Delete and confirm your action.


2. Delete 2 LMS365 related apps from the SharePoint App Catalog:

  • Navigate to the SharePoint admin center.
  • Click Open under the App
  • Click App Catalog and select Apps for SharePoint from the list
  • Delete LMS365 and LMS365.AccessApp.


3. Delete 3 LMS365 related apps from the Azure Active Directory:

  • Navigate to the Microsoft Azure.
  • Click Enterprise application.
  • Select LMS365 from the list. After you have deleted LMS365 app, you will need to repeat same actions for the LMS365 API and LMS365 API Client.
  • Click Properties under the Manage section.
  • Click Delete and confirm your action.
  • Once you have completed all steps, the LMS365 will be removed from your tenant.

If your license will end soon, and you don't want to prolong it, to delete the LMS365, you should delete Course Catalogs and documents, video/audio, and personal files in Sharepoint Admin Center.
60 days after your license expires, the LMS Tenant will be removed automatically.
