How to ask questions to our support agents via the LMS365 chat functionality

In LMS365, we offer customers the possibility to ask questions to our support agent in real-time via the chat functionality on the LMS365 Help Center. In this article, we will cover how start a chat with us.

 

NOTE   

You need to be signed-in to the LMS365 Help Center in order to start a chat.

 

You can start a chat from any page in the LMS365 Help Center.

First, select the Get Help option at the lower right corner.

 

 


At first, you will meet the Answer bot. Start by asking your question to the Answer bot and the Answer bot will offer articles that might answer your request. If the articles does not help you, you can select Get in touch and then Live chat to start a chat with us.

 

 


Fill out all necessary fields and post the form to ask your question to our agents in real-time.

 

 

One of our support agents will help you with your enquiry as soon as possible, however, limited to the working hours of the LMS365 Support team.

Elearningforce International Support:
Monday - Friday
10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Central Standard Time)

Elearningforce Americas Support:
Monday - Friday
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Central Standard Time)
