To migrate from trial to trial/production, you need to activate the subscription or uninstall the Sharepoint add-in and reinstall it again. Nothing else is required on your part.
Some common issues:
1) you installed the trial a long time ago, you have a SharePoint classic model, and the database has not been completely deleted for some reason;
2) you installed the trial, and the trial expired, and the database has not been completely deleted for some reason.
In those cases, you need to submit a customer request to our help center, and software engineers will investigate and fix these.
