The left-side navigation on My Training dashboard

LMS Administrators can hide, choose as well as add the sections and links to be displayed in the left-side navigation on My Training Dashboard:

  • 🛈Once the LMS365 Administrator has edited the settings and saved the change, it will be applied to and affected only the page where the Dashboard web part was added.

  • 🛈The Training section cannot be hidden from the left-side navigation as it is a default one.

  • 🛈The Line Manager Dashboard section can be configured only via LMS365 Global Settings – LMS Configuration – Line Management Settings.

  • 🛈The changing LMS365 Administrators have made on the Dashboard in Microsoft Teams will be applied for all users and all Teams dashboards on the tenant.

The Leaderboard section is off on the Dashboard in Microsoft Teams by default. If you want to enable it, navigate to Settings, and check the Leaderboard option:

To customize left-side navigation

  1. 1. Click Settings in the left-side menu:

  1. 2. Choose and check or uncheck the relevant sections to be displayed:

  1. 3. Click Save.

To add up to 3 relevant links to the left-side navigation

  1. 1. Click Settings in the left-side menu:

  1. 2. Click Add + next to the Relevant links section:

  1. 3. Type the title and site URL. The site URL should start with http://www. or https://www.

  2. 4. Click Add.

  3. 5. Click Save.

Once you have added the sections or links, you will find them in the left-side menu. The links will be opened in a new window.

To remove the existing link

  1. 1. Click Settings in the left-side menu:

  1. 2. Choose the desired link and click Picture 1:

To edit the existing link

  1. 1. Click Settings in the left-side menu:

  1. 2. Click the desired link and make changing in the title or URL:

  2. 4. Click Save.
