How to read the "Learner’s Progress" in the Line Manager’s Dashboard

Introduction

Via the Line Manager Dashboard, line managers can view the progress of their team on training activities in full details and understand how each team member is progressing.

This article offers an introduction to the information line managers can find in the Learner's Progress dashboard and Excel report, an explanation of how the progress is calculated, and a detailed walkthrough of the data.

 

Find the learner's progress in the Line Manager Dashboard

The LMS365 Line Manager Dashboard provides the following options to track learner's progress:

  • General overview on the learning progress of all line manager's direct reports and line manager direct reports' subordinates. The data presented on the dashboard can be filtered and downloaded. For more information, navigate to this article.
  • The individual learner's progress presented on the Learner's Progress dashboard with this data to be downloaded in the Excel report.

To find the Learner's Progress dashboard and report in the Line Manager Dashboard, the line manager should follow these steps:

1. Go to My Training Dashboard of the relevant course catalog > Line Manager Dashboard. This opens the LMS365 Admin Center, LMS365 Line Manager Dashboard.

2. Select Direct Reports or Direct Reports Subordinates to filter learners in the Name list.

3. In the Name list, select the relevant learner.

4. From the opened Direct Reports Administration panel, select View Learner’s Progress.

This will bring out the Learner’s Progress dashboard.

To download the report in the Excel file with the learner’s progress, the line manager selects Download Report.

The Learner's Progress dashboard view

 

NOTE   

The Learner Progress dashboard and the Excel report present information based on all data available for the learner, that is not only the current enrollments. This means that all courses and training plans that the learner has ever been enrolled in are displayed.

1. Total Training Enrolled

Displays the total number of the courses and training plans that learner is currently enrolled in. The number shown in the Total Training Enrolled column equals the number on the training that has the Yes value in the Is Enrolled column. The imported training and deleted courses and training plans that the learner is enrolled in are counted here as well.  Completed courses and training plans that were deleted aren't counted here.

 

2. Total Training Completed

Displays the total number of the courses and training plans that learner has ever completed. The courses and training plans that were retaken, and those that were completed but the learner was unenrolled from, are counted here. The imported external courses and training plans, or the completed courses or training plans that were deleted, aren't counted here.

 

3. Total CEUs

Displays total number of CEUs that the learner has received for the completed courses and training plans including deleted, imported, and cancelled courses and training plans, and those that the learner was unenrolled from. Once the learner retakes a course or a training plan, the CEUs for this training will not be counted here. In the report, refer to number 34.

4. Completed

Displays total number of courses and training plans that have been completed by the learner. The number displayed in the Completed field equals the number of courses and training plans that have the Completed status in the Status column.

The courses and training plans the learner completed but was unenrolled from, imported, deleted courses and training plans are counted here.

Retaken courses that are In Progress are not counted here.

For instructor-led training, this status means that the learner’s percentage of attendance is greater than or equal to what is set as required for course completion; for the Enroll user into multiple course sessions enrollment type with the defined number of sessions – the learner attended the required number of sessions, met the attendance percentage criteria, and has completed all the required learning items in the course, or the course was manually set to Completed.

 

5. In Progress

Displays the number of course and training plans that have been started but haven't completed yet. The number in the In Progress pie chart equals the number of courses and training plans with the In Progress status in the Status column.

6. Not Started

Displays the number of course and training plans that have not been started yet by the learner. The number in the Not Started chart equals the number of courses and training plans with the Not Started status in the Status column.

 

7. Overdue

Displays the total number of course and training plans that haven't been completed (have the Not Started, In Progress statuses) by the learner up to the due date. The deleted, the courses and training plans the learner was unenrolled from that have the overdue status are also counted here. The courses and training plans that have been completed after the due date aren't counted here.

 

8. Name

Displays the title of the course, training plan. In the Name column of the dashboard, select the training name to expand details on the progress of learning items of the course, training plan. In the report, refer to number 27- Course Title.

 

9. Is Enrolled

Yes/No identifies whether the learner is currently enrolled in the course, training plan. No is displayed as well when a learner has been unenrolled from the training or has an enrollment request for the training.

In the report, refer to number 31.

 

10. Status

Displays the completion status: Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. In the Status column, line manager can track the completion status of the course and the learning items in it, training plan and courses in it. To view it, select the expand arrow next to the training title.

Imported training has the Completed status. Assessment shows only the Not Started or Completed status.

In the report, refer to number 35.

 

11. This column has no heading in the dashboard

It's located between the Status and CEUs columns. It may contain the grey tick icon. Hover over the icon to see the detailed information: The course has been retaken. The last completion date.

For courses:
A separate column near the Status column contains the grey tick icon only for the courses that have been previously completed and have been retaken. Hover over the icon to see the last completion date. If the course has been completed several times, only the last completion date is shown.

 

For training plans:

The icon is located near each course of the training plan (not the training plan title) and only for the courses that have been previously completed and retaken. Select the expand arrow near the training plan title to see the details of each course in the training plan. Hover over the icon of individual courses to see the last completion date.

If an individual course was retaken and completed several times, only the last completion date is shown.

To track the last completion date of the training plan, if it was previously completed before the retake, refer to the report number 36 – Previously completed.

12. CEUs

Displays the number of CEUs earned by a learner for the course or training plan completion if CEUs have been set for completion or set manually by course or catalog admin.

If there are no CEUs that are set for the course or training plan, this field is empty.

For courses:

You can track the number of CEUs earned by a learner for the course completion if CEUs have been set for this course.

 

For training plans:

Displays the number of CEUs earned by a learner for the training plan completion, if CEUs have been set for completion of this training plan.

Expand the training plan title to see the number of CEUs for each course in this training plan that the learner may receive if they have been set for an individual course. The earned CEUs for each course of the training plan isn't included in the number of CEUs of the training plan.

In the report, refer to number 34.

 

13. Progress

Learner’s progress on the course or training plan, progress on each learning item in the course, and progress on each course in the training plan.

 

For courses:

A learner’s progress on the current attempt to complete the course is stated near the course name. Select the expand arrow near the course name to track progress of the learning items in the course. The calculation of course progress depends on the course type and enrollment type. For detailed information on calculations of progress, navigate to the section Course progress calculation. Detailed information about calculation of progress for learning items is placed in the section of the article Learning items progress calculation.

In the report, refer to number 32.

The displayed here course progress value has a calculation logic that includes attendance (for the Instructor-Led Training) and assignments (if there is any) and, therefore, the progress value differs from the value the learner see on the course home page in the Learner's Progress section if there is attendance (for the Instructor-Led Training) or assignments in the course.

Completing the course manually:

  • If the course was manually completed by dragging the Completion toggle to On without also manually completing the learning items in the course and/or attendance (for Instructor-Led training), the total Progress value will be 100%, but the learning items will keep the values as they were before the manual completion.
  • If the completion of the separate learning items is set manually but the course completion isn't set to Completed, the course progress will be recalculated according to the set progress of the learning items. The manually completed learning items receive 100% of progress.
  • If all learning items in the course (regardless of their current progress status) are manually completed by the admin, the course will automatically be set to Completed. The total course progress and separate progress of each learning item will be 100%.

The exception is the Instructor-Led training with the multiple-session enrollment type with a defined number of sessions, where a learner is enrolled in fewer sessions than is required. In this case, manual completion of all learning items and attendance will keep the course In Progress.

 

For training plans:

Learner’s progress on the current attempt to complete the training plan is stated near the training plan title.
Select the expand icon near the training plan title to track progress of the current attempt to complete each course in the training plan.

In the Excel report, refer to number 32.

The displayed here training plan and courses progress values have a calculation logic that includes all required details and differs from the one applied on the training plan home page and, therefore, the progress values differ from the values the learner can see on the training plan home page in the Learning Progress section and the progress of each course.

 

14. Completed

The date on which the learner completed the course or training plan. In the report, refer to number 39 - Date completed.

 

15. Is Overdue

With Yes or No it is specified whether the learner is on time with the course or training plan completion.

 

16. Overdue Date

Displays the due date the course or training plan must be completed. In the report, refer to number 38 - Due date.

17. Certificate

On the dashboard, the View Certificate icon means the user has acquired certificates that the line manager can download, delete, or view.

In the report, refer to number 41- Certificate for the current progress.

 

18. Expiry Date

If the certificate has an expiry date, it will be displayed here. In the report, refer to number 42 - Certificate expiry date.

The Learner's Progress report

 

NOTE   

The Learner Progress dashboard and the Excel report present information based on all data available for the learner, that is not only the current enrollments. This means that all courses and training plans that the learner has ever been enrolled in are displayed.

19. Learner Name

The name of the learner the report is built for.

 

20-26. The learner’s additional information

The cells contain the learner’s additional information: Email, Department, Job Title, Manager, Office, City, Country. The dashboard doesn't contain this information.

 

27. Course title

Title of the course or training plan. On the dashboard view, refer to number 8 - Name.

 

28. Course type

Specifies the training type: e-learning, Instructor-Led Training, Training Plan. The dashboard view doesn't contain this information.

 

29. Category

Displays the categories specified for the course or training plan. If no category was applied to the course or training plan, the cell remains empty. The dashboard view doesn't contain this information.

 

30. Course id

Displays the course or training plan ID if it was specified. If no, the cell remains empty. The dashboard view doesn't contain this information.

 

31. Is enrolled

Yes or No specifies whether the learner is currently enrolled in the course or training plan. No is displayed when the learner has been unenrolled from the course or training plan or has an enrollment request to the training.

In the dashboard view, refer to number 9.

 

32. Progress

The progress percentage of the learner's current attempt to complete the course or training plan.
The dashboard view (number 13) contains detailed information on progress of each learning item in the course or each course of the training plan.

 

33. Score

The Score column is available only in the Excel report and is not presented on the dashboard, when the Access to Full Learner Details for Line Managers option is enabled.

In other cases, it is not presented on the dashboard and the Excel report.

The dashboard view doesn't contain this information.

 

34. CEUs

Displays CEUs the learner has acquired for completing a course or training plan. If there are no CEUs set for the training, this field remains empty. In the dashboard view, refer to number 12.

 

35. Status

Displays the current completion status of a course or training plan: Not Started, Completed, In Progress.

In the report, line manager can find the current completion status of the course or training plan only. The learning items status is not included.

The dashboard view (number 10) provides more details.

 

36. Previously completed

The date when the course or training plan was previously completed if the course or training plan was retaken. If the course or training plan was completed several times, only the date of the last completion is shown.

In the dashboard view, refer to number 11.

 

37. Overdue status

On Time or Overdue shows whether the learner is on time with the course or training plan completion.

 

38. Due date

Displays the date when enrolled learners must complete the course or training plan.
The due date depends on the set date type option for the course or training plan. If number of days after enrollment is set, the due date in the report will depend on the enrollment date for each learner. If the fixed date option is set, the due date will be the same for all users.

 

39. Date completed

Displays the date the learner has completed the course or training plan. In the dashboard view, refer to number 14 - Completed.

 

40. Time completed

Displays the time when the learner completed the course or training plan. The dashboard view doesn't contain this information.

 

41. Certificate for current progress

Yes or No specifies whether the learner acquired certificates for the current attempt to complete the course or training plan. For the dashboard view, refer to number 17.

 

42. Certificate expiry date

Displays the certificate expiry date if the date was set. This field is empty if there is no expiry date set for the certificate. For the dashboard view, refer to number 18.

 

43. Certificate expired

Yes or No specifies whether the certificate is expired. 

 

Calculation of progress for learning items

Learning module

Learning module progress is calculated as a percentage of the number of passed learning items out of all the learning items in a learning module.

 

NOTE   

On the Learner's Progress panel, line manager can track progress for learning modules, content packages, quizzes, and assessments separately. Quizzes and content packages are also displayed when they form part of a learning module. The progress of all content items in a learning module aren't tracked on the Learner's Progress via the LMS365 Line Manager Dashboard but can be viewed by catalog or course admins via the View Learners' Progress link of the learning module in question from the course Content section on the course configuration panel.


EXAMPLE

There are four items in a learning module and the learner has passed three of them. The learning module progress is calculated as follows: 3 / 4 * 100 = 75%. This value is displayed in the Progress column of the learning module. 

 

Quiz

Quiz progress is calculated as a percentage of the earned score percentage against the passing score of the quiz.


EXAMPLE

The quiz passing score is set as 70%. The learner's current earned score is 16%. The value in the Progress column for this quiz is calculated as follows:

(16 / 70) * 100 = 22.9% This value is stated in the Progress column for this quiz.

Content package

Content package progress is calculated according to the content package settings or as a percentage of passed SCOs (Sharable Content Object) out of all SCOs.

 

External app

External app progress can be 0% when it has the Not Started status or 100% when it has the Completed status.

 

Assessment

Assessment progress is approved by the assigned supervisor or manually set by course or course catalog admins. Progress can be 0% when it has the Not Started status or 100% when it has the Completed status.

 

Attendance

The attendance progress and completion status depend on whether attendance is required for course completion, the learner's progress with attendance, and the enrollment type of the instructor-led training. See this article for more information.

 

Assignment

Assignment progress is calculated as a percentage of the earned score percentage against the percentage required for assignment completion.

 

Course progress calculation

For e-learning courses 

Calculation of progress of an e-learning course depends on whether all learning items in the course are set as required in order to complete the course.

NOTE   

On the learner's Progress panel, the line manager can track progress separately for learning modules, content packages, quizzes, and assessments in the course. Quizzes and content packages are also displayed when they are a part of a learning module. Progress on other content items of a learning module isn't tracked on the Progress panel but can be viewed by course and course catalog admins via the View Learners' Progress link of the required learning module, in the course Content section.

  • All learning items are set as required for completion.

When all learning items are set as required for course completion, the course Progress value is calculated as an average of all learning items in the course.


EXAMPLE

In the image below, a learner is enrolled in a course. All the learning items in the course are set as required to complete the course (these are marked with the star icon). There are three learning modules, a separate quiz, a separate content package, and an assessment. The learning modules consist of documents, videos, content packages, and quizzes. 

On the learner's Progress panel, the line manager can track progress separately for each learning item, as well as the content packages and quizzes that are included in the learning modules. The progress value of each learning item is included in the course progress calculation.

The value in the course Progress column is 66.7% and is calculated in the following way:

The total progress of all items divided by the number of learning items, in this case – nine:

(100%+100%+100%+33.3%+67%+0+0+100%+100%)/9=66.7%

  • Separate learning items are set as required to complete the course.

When separate learning items are set as required for course completion and others are optional, the course Progress value is calculated as an average of only the learning items that are set as required for course completion.


EXAMPLE

In the image below, a learner is enrolled in a course. There are three learning modules, a separate quiz, a separate content package, and an assessment. The learning items that are set as required (with the star icon) are: learning module #1 (contains only documents and videos) and #2, Quiz #1 (this is a separate quiz), Project Management (this is a separate content package), and the assessment task. A quiz is a part of learning module #2, so this is also marked as required. The progress value of all these items will be calculated in the course progress.

Learning module #1 consists of items like documents and videos, the progress of which can be tracked via the View Learners' Progress link of the required learning module, in the course Content section.

Learning module #3 is optional, as are the learning items in the module (they aren't marked with the star icon). Their progress value isn't included in the course progress calculation.

The value in the course Progress column is 72.2% and is calculated in the following way:

The total progress of all items required for completion is divided by the number of required learning items, in this case – six:

(100%+100%+100%+33.3%+0%+100%)/6=72.2%

For instructor-led training with learning items

The course progress for instructor-led training with learning items, as well as the value in the Progress column, depends on whether attendance in the course is set as required for course completion. When attendance is set as required, it will be marked with the star icon on the course Progress panel and it will be included in the course progress and completion. When attendance is not required, it will not be marked with any icon on the course Progress panel and will not influence the course progress and completion.

  • If attendance in the instructor-led training is set as Attendance is not required for course completion, the course progress and its value calculation won't depend on attendance progress, regardless of whether attendance is registered. In this case, only items that are set as required for completion in this course will be included in the course Progress value calculation. The course Progress value is calculated as an average of only the learning items that are set as required for course completion.

EXAMPLE

On the image below, Attendance progress is 12.5%. It isn't required for course completion so it isn't marked with the star icon. Therefore, attendance progress doesn't influence the course progress and its completion.

The course Progress is 40% and is calculated in the following way:

The total progress of all items required for completion divided by the number of the required learning items, in this case – six:

(100%+100%+0%+0%+0%)/5=40%

  • If attendance in the instructor-led training is set as required for course completion, the attendance progress is included in the course progress calculation and influences the course completion. In this case, Attendance is marked with the star icon on the Progress panel. The course progress is calculated as an average of all the items set as required for course completion, including attendance.

EXAMPLE

In the image below, Attendance is set as required for course completion.

The course Progress value is 41.7% and is calculated in the following way:

The total progress of all items required for completion, including Attendance, divided by the number of the required learning items, in this case – six:

(100%+100%+0%+0%+0%+50%)/6=41.7%

IMPORTANT   

For courses of the multiple-session enrollment type with a defined number of sessions, the course progress and completion depends on whether the learner meets the required attendance percentage, as well as the number of sessions set as required to be enrolled in.

If a learner is enrolled in fewer sessions than required, the course will always be In Progress and can't be completed by the learner. All the values included in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. The line manager can track only the result in the Progress column.

EXAMPLE

In the image below, the learner has completed all the required learning items, but the attendance percentage is 0% and the Status is In Progress. This is because this learner visited two sessions with 100% attendance registered but the course completion set requirement is to be enrolled in three sessions. As a result, the learner's attendance is set as 0% and the course isn't completed.

The course progress (83.3%) is calculated as an average of all the items that are required for course completion: 100+100+100+100+100+0%/6=83.3%

For instructor-led training without learning items

In cases where an instructor-led course takes place and there are no learning items included in the course content, the progress and completion of the course depends only on the registered attendance of the learner for the for the required sessions, and is calculated in the following ways.

When attendance is not required

  • For the Enroll user into a single course session enrollment type.

If a learner's attendance is not registered (Not Set) for the session, attendance progress is shown as 0% and the course progress is 0%. The course has the Not Started status in this case. Any other registered attendance (Absent, Absent (Informed), 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%) will bring course progress to 100% and the course to the Completed status.

 

NOTE   

Set attendance percentage equivalents are as follows:

  • Not Set - is equal to 0%
  • Absent - is equal to 0%
  • Absent (informed) - is equal to 1%
  • 25%
  • 50%
  • 75%
  • 100%

When learners register their attendance for a session via the LMS365 mobile app, their attendance percentage at the session is set as 100%.

  • For Enroll user into multiple- and all course session enrollment types.

If a learner's attendance is not registered for all sessions, attendance progress is shown as 0% and the course progress is 0%. 

If you register a learner's attendance in at least one session out of all the sessions the learner is enrolled in (as Absent, Absent (Informed), 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%), it will bring the course progress to 100% and the course to the Completed status.

When attendance is set as required

When attendance is set as required for instructor-led training without learning items in the course, the course progress of the learner depends on the registered attendance for the sessions.

a) For the Enroll user into a single course session enrollment type.

  • When a learner's attendance is not registered (Not Set) for the session, the course has 0% in the Progress column and the Not Started status.
  • When a learner's registered attendance progress is less than the percentage set as required for course completion, the value in the course progress will be equal to the value shown in the attendance progress

In this case, the course/attendance progress is calculated in the following way: The Total attendance percentage is divided into the Required percentage value and multiplied by 100. This result is stated in the Progress column for both the course and attendance. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. The line manager can track only the result in the Progress column.

NOTE   

The registered attendance percentage of Absent (equivalent is 0%) and Absent (Informed) (equivalent is 1%) is calculated in the attendance and course progress, but keeps the course status as Not Started regardless of the progress percentage for the course (as shown on the image below).

  • When a learner’s registered attendance is more than or equal to the attendance required to complete the course, the attendance and course progress will have 100% in the Progress column.

b) For the Enroll user into all course session enrollment types.

  • When a learner's attendance is not registered (Not Set) for all sessions, the course has 0% in the Progress column and the Not Started status.
  • When a learner's registered attendance value in the Total field is less than the attendance required to complete the course, the values in the course Progress column for the course and attendance will be the same. The course/attendance statuses are In Progress.

In this case, the course/attendance progress is calculated in the following way: The value in the Total field is divided into the Required percentage value and multiplied by 100. This result is stated in the Progress column for both the course and attendance and can be tracked by the line manager. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel.

EXAMPLE

The value in the Progress column for the course and attendance is 66.7%. It is calculated in the following way: The value in the Total field (50%)/Required percentage value (75%)*100%=66.7%. This value is stated in the Progress column for the course and Attendance.

NOTE   

When the registered attendance for sessions is set as Absent (equivalent is 0%) and/or Absent (Informed)(equivalent is 1%), it is calculated in the attendance and course progress, but keeps the course status as Not Started, regardless of the progress percentage for the course (as shown on the image below).

  • When a learner's attendance is registered, and the Total attendance progress is greater than or equal to the Required value to complete the course, you'll find the 100% value in the Progress column for the course and attendance for this learner. The course and attendance will get the Completed status. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel.

c) For the Enroll user into multiple course session enrollment type.

  • When a learner's attendance is not registered (Not Set) for all sessions, the course has 0% in the Progress column and the Not Started status.
  • When a learner's attendance is registered and the Total attendance progress is less than what is required for course completion, the values in the course Progress column of the course equal the value of the attendance progress

The course/attendance progress calculation in this case depends on the settings for the sessions registered attendance:

a) If registered attendance for All enrolled sessions is required, the value in the Total field is divided into the Required percentage value and multiplied by 100. This result is stated in the Progress column for both the course and attendance. The course/attendance statuses are In Progress. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel.

EXAMPLE

The Progress value is 67.3% and is calculated in the following way: The value in the Total field (50.5%)/Required percentage value (75%)*100%=67.3%. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. The line manager can track only the result in the Progress column.

b) If registered attendance is set as Defined number of sessions.

 

NOTE   

When a learner is enrolled in fewer sessions than are defined as required for course completion, the course and attendance progress won't reach 100% or the Completed status. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. 

 

EXAMPLE

On the image below, the learner is enrolled in, and has attended, only two sessions out of the three sessions that are required for course completion. As a result, the line manager can see 0% in the course/attendance progress and the In Progress status. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. The line manager can track only the result in the Progress column.

  • When the Total registered attendance value for all defined sessions is less than the Required value, the course/attendance progress is calculated in the following way: The value in the Total field is divided into the Required percentage value and multiplied by 100. This result is stated in the Progress column for both the course and attendance, and can be tracked by the line manager. This brings the course/attendance to the In Progress status.

All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. For more details on how the values stated in the Total field and the Progress column for attendance are calculated for each enrollment type, navigate to this article. 

 


EXAMPLE

The Progress value is 89.3% and is calculated in the following way: Total value 67%/Required 75%*100%=89.3%. This value is shown for course/attendance progress. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. The line manager can track only the result in the Progress column.

  • If attendance is registered for only some of the defined number of sessions, this brings course/attendance to the In Progress status with 0% Progress.

 


EXAMPLE

The learner is enrolled in four sessions where only three sessions are required to complete the course. The learner has registered attendance for only two sessions out of the three required. As a result, the Total progress is 0%. The course and attendance progress is 0%, but the course is In Progress.

NOTE   

When the registered attendance for all the sessions that are Required is set as Absent (equivalent is 0%) and/or Absent (Informed) (equivalent is 1%), it is calculated in the attendance and course progress, but keeps the course status as Not Started, regardless of the progress percentage for the course (as shown on the image below).

EXAMPLE

The learner is enrolled in four sessions where only three sessions are required to complete the course. The learner has registered attendance (Absent Informed) for three required sessions. As a result, the course/attendance progress is 1.3%, but the course is Not Started. All the values that are used in the calculation can be tracked by the course admin from the Course Progress panel. The line manager can track only the result in the Progress column.

When registered attendance is greater than or equal to the required attendance

When a learner's attendance is registered for all required sessions, and the Total attendance progress is greater than or equal to the Required value to complete the course, you'll find the 100% value in the Progress column for the course and attendance of this learner. The course and attendance will get the Completed status, as shown on the image below.

 


EXAMPLE

The learner has registered attendance for three sessions, although they are enrolled in four. As a result, Total attendance of the completed sessions is higher than the required attendance. The course is completed with 100% Progress.
