LMS365 gives you an opportunity to create reports so the administrators can view the important data related to the learning items. There are two types of reports:
•Learner Reports – show information about Learners’ training.
You can download the reports on the Content Package, Learner Module as well as on Quiz.
•Training Reports – show information about learning item.
You can download the reports on the Content Package, Learner Module as well as on Quiz.
Where to find the reports
To download the report
1. Navigate to LMS365 Admin Center – Course Management – Course List.
2. Click the desired course.
3. Click Report under the desired learning item:
4. Use filters to customize your report:
−Group by – choose the type of reports. You can generate the reports on learners or learning item.
−Select – choose the users.
−Include learners – select type of learners to include in the report: Active, Inactive (the user who is deleted or blocked in Active Directory or who has all registration cancelled) or All.
−Start Date – set start date for the Report.
−End Date – set end date for the Report.

5. Click Export to Excel.
An .xlsx report will be created and downloaded to your computer. Depending on the the learning item as well as on the selection you have already made there will be differences in what the report is included.
Content Package – Learner report
Once you have selected Content Package – Learner report you will find the following data:

Department, Office, City, Country | Show learner’s data that is taken from the user account in Active directory. |
Number of training packages | Shows number of packages. |
Completion status | Shows percent of the content packages that were completed. |
Passed (SCORMs) | Shows percent of learner’s attempt that was passed. It works only for SCORMs. |
Score | Shows learner’s score if it is provided by the content package. |
Average time | Shows average attempt time the learner spends on completing content package. Attempt time is calculated from the moment an attempt was first started till it was finished. So, if user started an attempt and after some period of time clicked Continue, attempt time includes all the period till the attempt is finished. |
Attempts | Shows number of attempts that learner made to complete content packages. |
Course Site | Shows the title of the site which the attempt was made on. The name is a clickable link which opens the site. |

Not Started. An attempt has not been started yet. In Progress. The attempt has been started but has not been finished. Completed. The attempt has been completed. Failed. Content Package – Content Package report
Once you have selected Content Package – Content Package report you will find the following data:

Learner Module – Learner report
Once you have selected Learning Module – Learner report you will find the following data:

Learning Module Title | Shows title of the learning module.

Status | Shows learner’s completion status:
Not Started. The learning module has not been started yet. In Progress. The learner has started the attempt but has not completed it. New Attempt. The learner has failed an item (SCORM/AICC packages or Quiz) in the learning module. Locked. The learning module has prerequisites and cannot be started by Learner. Completed. The learner has successfully completed the learning module.

Passed | Shows whether the learning module is passed. |
Score | Shows learner’s score for learning module. It is shown as the proportion of the completed item among all items in the learning module. |
Average time | Reflects the time the learner spends in the learning module while completing it.
If the learner starts the learning module and then makes a pause without leaving the browser session, the time counter will not be paused. The counter will continue tracking the time spent in the player.
If the learner starts the learning module but closes the window, the time counter will be stopped. The time tracking will be resumed once the learner is back to the learning module. In this case the average time shows the exact time the learners spend in the learning module. |
Attempts | Shows number of attempts that learner made to complete this learning module. |
