How to create organization with EFA tag 

1. Go to https://elearningforce.zendesk.com/ 
2. Go to Admin -> People 
3. In the upper left corner near ‘add’ click ‘organization’: 

      4. In the opened form in the ‘Name’ field insert organization’s name, in the ‘Domains’ filed insert organization’s  domain: 

       5. Click ‘Save’ to create a new organization.

       6. For the newly created organization specify the following fields: 

• Group: ‘Elearningforce America’ 
• Users: ‘Can view all org tickets’:
