The language of LMS365 course catalogs is selected during the course catalog creation process and is inherited by courses and training plans within it.
This language defines the display language of the LMS365 web parts of the course catalog—which controls the display of the LMS365 course catalog home page, My Training Dashboard, as well as course and training plan home pages.
Also, this language defines the display language of the LMS365 Course Player, in where learners interact with, for example, learning modules and quizzes.
The format for numbers, dates, and time displayed in LMS365 web parts and the LMS365 Course Player is determined by the user's browser settings. Please find more details in this article.
The LMS365 app for Microsoft Teams
For the LMS365 app for Microsoft Teams, the language displayed will be the language that the user has chosen as the App Language from the Microsoft Teams app settings. Please see more details here.
The LMS365 mobile app
For the LMS365 mobile app, the admin can either select the default language of the app for all learners or select that the language of the user's device will determine the language of the app. Please find more details here.
The format for date and time is MMMM dd/ yyyy—meaning the mobile app will show the full name of the month, day of the month (from 01 through 31), and year as a four-digit number. For example, January 14, 2022.
