How to fix the issue with loading LMS365

Once you see the blue Sign in button instead of the LMS365 web part:

Or you are facing an issue while opening Course, Course Catalog or Dashboard pages:mceclip0.png

Check what Browser you work in.

  • If you use Safari, be sure that the Prevent cross-site tracking setting is turned off. Navigate to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking:

  • If you use Safari on iPhone or iPad, navigate to Settings > Safari and turn the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking option off.
  • If it is Google Chrome, be sure that the Block third-party cookies setting is turned off for your Browser. Navigate to the Google Chrome settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data > Block third-party cookies:

  • If you use Google Chrome and the Block third-party cookies is not permissible by your organization's settings, please add login.microsoftonline.com to the “Allow” section. Navigate to the Google Chrome settings > Advanced > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Cookies and site data > Allow:

If you are an Administrator, click the button and accept the permissions required. From now on the web parts will be loading for users with no additional actions required.

If you want to make LMS365 SPFX web parts load for users automatically on the first visit, the Tenant Administrator need to perform the following steps: go to Azure Active Directory admin center > Enterprise applications > LMS365 API Client > Permissions > click the "Grant admin consent" button:
