"Tenant not found" error

Issue: After LMS365 license has finally expired, you have 60 days to renew it and continue using our product without a need to re-provision your O365 tenant. In 2 months after the license has expired, we remove the record about your tenant from the license database. If you try to use LMS365 afterward, you will get the following error message in every app: "Oops, something went wrong :( Tenant not found".

Solution: Re-install all the LMS365 apps installed in your tenant, and follow the provisioning procedure. Please use our Installation guides as a reference.
