LMS365 Mobile App supports the following platforms:

  • β€’iOS 10.0 or later;

  • β€’Android Phone & Android Tablet 4.4 or later.

The Mobile App supports only LMS365 Cloud.

  • πŸ›ˆThe app was tested with default Claims (Windows Authentication type, NTML) on a farm where servers are in one domain as this is the most common configuration of our customers.

  • πŸ›ˆTo use the app, additional configuration of Cloud Add-ins is not necessary.



The LMS365 Mobile App provides quick access to learner’s courses and training plans as well as personalized experience from the mobile devices including the ability to take SCORM content and Quizzes offline.  

  • πŸ›ˆAICC packages are opened only in a web view.

All courses and training plans displayed in the Mobile App are synchronized from the LMS365 Cloud. The user will see all trainings they were enrolled into from the whole Cloud Tenant.

To use LMS365 Mobile App on your mobile device:

  1. 1. Download it from App Store or Play Market.

  2. 2. Run the application.

  3. 3. Log into your account:

  • πŸ›ˆPlease be advised that if the option Users can consent to apps accessing company data on their behalf" is set to No in the Azure Active Directory User Settings, but you want to give users access to the app, you need to install the app as a tenant administrator and trust it afterwards.


  1. 4. Tap Login and you will be redirected to authentication form.

  2. 5. Enter your password

  3. 6. Tap Sign in to log in on your Tenant:

  • πŸ›ˆPlease be sure that you have enter the same login names on the main screen and authentication form.


If you access the Mobile App for the first time, you will be asked to grant permissions to it. Tap Accept to continue:

To login to other Tenant than the system recognizes for your account:

  1. 1. Run the application.

  2. 2. Select Allow me to modify Tenant URL:

To get access to a Tenant site in a Mobile App as an external user:

  1. 1. Enter your login.

  2. 2. Enter Tenant URL manually:

  3. 5. Tap Sign in to log in on your Tenant.

To configure the Mobile App, you need access to the Global Settings of the Tenant (only Tenant Administrators has such permissions). Please follow the chapter LMS365 Global Settings of the LMS365 Installation Guide for details.

  • πŸ›ˆIf Office 365 Advanced Threat protection Safe Links policies are configured for your organization, add the LMS365 URL https://*365.systems/* as an exception to the β€œdo not rewrite” list following the instruction on how to set up a custom do-not-rewrite URLs.

  • πŸ›ˆOnce the policies are configured, the user click the URL in the email and the course is opened directly in the LMS355 Mobile app.

  • πŸ›ˆIf you work on the device that is Microsoft 365 Device Management System compliant and all the required policies are configured as well as broker Application App (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator App) is installed on the device, the logging in process will occur automatically via the broker Application. After that you just need to sing in.

  • πŸ›ˆIf the broker Application (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator App) has not been installed yet, first please install it and after that navigate to the LMS365, log in and enjoy working with it.

  • πŸ›ˆFor the correct work of the Broker App on the Android devices, firstly you need to allow the LMS365 to access your contacts:

After login, you will see a Dashboard with a list of all training synchronized from Cloud Tenant:

If you’re using Course Creator & Catalog Add-in license in trial mode (trial period lasts for 30 days), it will be possible to take courses and training plans online, as well as to download courses with SCORM content or Quizzes and take them offline.

  • πŸ›ˆA course downloaded during a trial period will remain downloaded.

To use the App with Cloud Tenant trainings after the trial period, you must have the Course Creator & Catalog Add-in with a valid license installed on your site. If you do not have Course Creator & Catalog Add-in license or have an invalid license, the users will not have access to the app, and after the login License is not valid error will appear:

When you activate Course Creator & Catalog Add-in license, include Offline Player option as well. It will provide the users with a possibility to download courses that include at least one content package or quiz and then take items offline.

  • πŸ›ˆThe Offline Player option is additionally purchased with the license. Make sure this option is included in you plan to use the app in offline mode.

If the activated license does not have this option, users will not have the ability to download courses and take them offline. There will be no Download action.
