If you have decided to terminate your LMS365 subscription, please request access to the termination form from the LMS365 License Management Team at email@example.com.
After submitting the termination form, you will receive a confirmation of the termination of the LMS365 subscription.
After you have submitted the form, your contract and subscription will run until the expiration date of your subscription.
90 days after the expiration date of your subscription, all data will be deleted from the LMS365 Azure subscription. However, Course Catalogs (SharePoint site collections), Courses (subsites of the site collections), and content within these (e.g., word documents, PDFs, etc.) will not be deleted automatically by ELEARNINGFORCE as this content is stored on the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant. Please follow this guide for instructions on how to delete this content.
NOTE: The termination notice must be given no later than 60 days prior to the next planned renewal. If the termination notice is not submitted at least 60 days prior to the expiry of the binding period, a new binding period shall automatically commence.
