How to troubleshoot problems with Notifications

As LMS365 uses Office 365 to send Email Notifications, first of all, when the user does not receive Notifications, we should check the Exchange Online and run 'Message Trace' in order to see if any messages were sent to this user. 

In Admins Center we should go to Admin Centers, open drop-down menu and choose Exchange.

In Exchange Admin Center click "Mail Flow", then "Message Trace" and set required settings depending on what you would like to see in Message Trace. 

Here is an example of the report for the last 48 hours.
