  1. 1. LMS365 Quiz Builder

The LMS365 Quiz Builder provides the customer with the ability to deliver, track and record assessments.

The LMS365 Quiz Builder is designed to create quizzes that can be used as intermediate or final tests in the learning process. A Quiz is a type of examination consisting of several question types such as Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer, True or False, Ordering or Matching Answers, Hot Spot, Gap Fill, Short Answer or Free Text Answer. The interactivity that quizzes provide get Learners more interested and involved in the learning process.

  1. 2. Quiz Builder Web Part Settings

To access the Quiz Builder Web Part settings, go on Course Home page, there click Course Management and on the actions panel click Course Page Settings:

You have as well an option to hide Quizzes if they are part of a learning module.

Select items to be displayed on the Web Part, use drag-and-drop to change their order, and then click Save button to save the changes or Cancel button to discard them.

The page will now be saved, and the list of all quizzes will be displayed in the web part:

The button differs depending on the status:

  • if the Quiz has been completed successfully Picture 501 ;

  • if the previous attempt has been finished unsuccessfully Picture 518;

  • if the Quiz has not been started yet – Picture 522;

  • if the Quiz has been started by the Learner, but not finished – Picture 525;

  • if the number of attempts is exceeded and the last one is failedPicture 526.

NOTE:

  1. 3. Creating Quizzes

To create a new quiz, do the following:

  1. 1. In the LMS365 Admin Center click Manage Content, choose Manage Quizzes, click Quizzes. On the opened page click Create Quiz button Picture 503:

  1. 1. Complete the opened form:

In the Quiz Details section:

    • Title – specify a name of the Quiz;

NOTE:

It is possible to create quizzes with the identical titles.

    • Description – specify description of the Quiz;

    • Quiz Passing Score % – set passing score for the Quiz. It is possible to set value from 0% to 100%. If a user sets different value or does not set any value, a validation message will appear;

    • Max Attempts – specify maximum number of attempts for the Quiz. It is possible to set values from 0 to 2147483647 (default value is set to 1). If a user sets different value, a validation message will appear. If a user does not set any value for this field, a number of attempts is unlimited;

    • Show Score – enable this option to display score in the Quiz player;

    • Show Points – enable this option to display the points in the Quiz Player;

    • Allow Review – enable this option to allow Learners to review their Quiz attempts (by default it is disabled). When this option is enabled, ‘Show correct answers’ option becomes available:

Enable this option to allow Learners to see correct answers in the Review mode;

    • Allow Navigation – enable this option to allow learners to navigate between questions. When this option is enabled, feedbacks and score are not shown to learners as they can change the answer before the quiz is submitted;

    • Randomize – enable this option to randomize questions during passing the quiz (after starting new attempt);

In the Timer Options section:

    • Timer enable this option to show timer in the Quiz player. When this option is enabled, it is possible to set time for passing the quiz (in seconds, minutes, hours, days, and weeks) as well as to hide the timer from the Quiz player (time for quiz passing will be running but not shown to the Learner):

In the Publishing section:

    • Published – enable this option to make Quiz available for Learners (by default, it is disabled). When this option is enabled, two additional fields appear:

      • Start Date – select date and time when Quiz becomes published and available for Learners;

      • End Date – select date and time when Quiz becomes unpublished and unavailable for Learners;

Published/Unpublished icon is displayed next to the published or unpublished Quizzes in the Administration back-end:

In the Quiz Questions section:

    • Quiz Questions – select a type of question for the Quiz, and then drag the selected type from the left to the Quiz Editor:

      • Multiple Choice – create a question with multiple choice (minimum two answers are required), but with the only one correct:

        • oQuestion Name – specify name of the question;

        • oQuestion – type the question. Use rich-text editor to edit a question. It is possible to upload media content in the question (see subchapter 3.1 for details);

  • oAnswersset answers for the question and check the correct answer. For a better user experience, you can use rich-text editor. Use Edit button Picture 412 to edit the answer and Save button Picture 468 to save it or Delete button Picture 413 to delete the answer. By default, 3 answers are displayed. To add more answers, click Add Answer button Picture 414. If a user creates an empty answer, a validation message will appear:

  • oRandomize Answers – enable this option to randomize answers during passing the quiz;

  • oPoints Awarded – specify number of points awarded for the right answer. It is possible to set values from 0 to 2147483647. If a user sets different value, a validation message will appear;

  • oTags – specify tag(s) for the question to use in filtering questions from Question Pool;

  • oPositive Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is correct;

  • oNegative Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is incorrect.

      • Multiple Answers – create a question with multiple answers (more than one answer can be correct):

        • oQuestion Name – specify name of the question;

        • oQuestion – type the question. Use rich-text editor to edit a question. It is possible to upload media content in the question (see subchapter 3.1 for details);

  • oAnswers – set answers for the question and check the correct one(s). For a better user experience you can use rich-text editor. Use Edit button Picture 14 to edit the answer and Save button Picture 17 to save it or Delete button Picture 18 to delete the answer. By default 3 answers are displayed. To add more answers, click Add Answer button Picture 588. If a user creates an empty answer, a validation message will appear:

      • Ordering – create a question with items that must be put in the correct order:

        • oQuestion Name – specify the name of the question;

        • oQuestion – type the question. Use rich-text editor to edit a question. It is possible to upload media content in the question (see subchapter 3.1 for details).

        • oAnswersenter answers that must be put in the correct order and arrange them as required (Learners will be required to put answers in the order that you have set). Use drag-and-drop Picture 477 to set answers order. All answers are randomized by default when passing the quiz. For a better user experience, you can use rich-text editor. Use Edit button Picture 3 to edit the answer and Save button Picture 456 to save it or Delete button Picture 464 to delete the answer. By default, 3 answers are displayed. To add more answers, click Add Answer button Picture 476. If a user creates an empty answer, a validation message will appear:

      • Matching – create a question that requires matching questions with the correct answers:

        • oQuestion Name – specify the name of the question;

        • oQuestion – type the question. Use rich-text editor to edit a question. It is possible to upload media content in the question (see subchapter 3.1 for details).

        • oAnswersthere are two columns: enter questions in the left column and matching answers in the right one. While creating items in the columns, you can use rich-text editor and upload images:

When an image is uploaded, you can change its size by clicking resize icon Picture 524 and customizing the size as needed.

Use Edit button Picture 505 to edit the item and Save button Picture 506 to save it or Delete button Picture 507 to delete the item. By default 3 items are displayed. To add more items, click Add Matching button Picture 508. If a user creates an empty item, a validation message will appear:

        • oRandomize Items – enable this option to randomize questions from the left part during passing the quiz. Answers from the right part are always randomized;

        • oPoints Awarded – specify number of points awarded for the right answer. It is possible to set values from 0 to 2147483647. If a user sets different value, a validation message will appear;

        • oTags – specify tag(s) for the question to use in filtering questions from Question Pool;

        • oPositive Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is correct;

        • oNegative Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is incorrect.

      • Hot Spot – question is represented as a question and an image. Learners should move the pointer to a certain area (spot) on the image and click it to answer the question:

        • oQuestion Name – specify the name of the question;

        • oQuestion – type the question. Use rich-text editor to edit a question. It is possible to upload media content in the question (see subchapter 3.1 for details).

        • oAnswers – select image from your local computer, and then specify area for the correct answer. The following file extensions are supported: .gif, .png, .jpg, .jpeg;

        • oPoints Awarded – specify number of points awarded for the right answer. It is possible to set values from 0 to 2147483647. If a user sets different value, a validation message will appear;

        • oTags – specify tag(s) for the question to use in filtering questions from Question Pool;

        • oPositive Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is correct;

        • oNegative Feedback specify the message to show for the answer which is incorrect.

      • Gap Fill – a question that consists of text with omitted words. An empty space will appear in the place (a text box) where a learner has to type the missing word or select the answer from the drop-down list:

        • oQuestion Name – specify the name of the question;

        • oQuestion – type the question. Use rich-text editor to edit a question. It is possible to upload media content in the question (see subchapter 3.1 for details).

        • oAnswers – enter the answer with missing word put into square brackets or all possible variants put into square brackets and separated by a pipe character (the correct one should be put on the first place). If several variants of answer are provided for a question, they will be randomized in the drop-down list whilst passing the quiz;

        • oPoints Awarded – specify number of points awarded for the right answer. It is possible to set values from 0 to 2147483647. If a user sets different value, a validation message will appear;

        • oTags – specify tag(s) for the question to use in filtering questions from Question Pool;

        • oPositive Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is correct;

        • oNegative Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is incorrect.

      • Short Answer – question is represented as a question and an empty text field. Learners should type the correct answer into the text field:

        • oQuestion Name – specify the name of the question;

        • oQuestion – type the question. Use rich-text editor to edit a question. It is possible to upload media content in the question (see subchapter 3.1 for details).

        • oAnswers – enter the answer option (max. number of characters for it is 50 symbols). In the percentage field enter the percent of how this answer matches to the correct answer. Use Edit button Picture 14 to edit the answer and Save button Picture 17 to save it or Delete button Picture 18 to delete the answer. By default 3 answers are displayed. To add more answers, click Add Answer button Picture 588. If a user creates an empty answer, a validation message will appear:

Select the ‘Is RegExp’ (regular expression) checkbox for user input validation and text reformatting (for example, short answer “input numbers 1 to 5” can be validated as [1-5] expression). For more information on regular expressions, see the article Regular Expression Language;

        • oPoints Awarded – specify number of points awarded for the right answer (they will be counted according to the percentage of the selected answer). It is possible to set values from 0 to 2147483647. If a user sets different value, a validation message will appear;

        • oTags – specify tag(s) for the question to use in filtering questions from Question Pool;

        • oPositive Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is correct;

        • oSemi-positive Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is partially correct;

        • oNegative Feedback – specify the message to show for the answer which is incorrect.

      • Free Text Answer – question is represented as a question and an empty text field. Learners should type the answer into the text field. There are no defined correct answer options, i.e. question is always considered as answered and points are earned if Learner has entered some text:

After saving a user will be redirected to Quiz Storage page and a quiz will appear in a list of quizzes. The created Quiz will be available for all sites on site collection. To add created Quiz to the current site, go to Quizzes page > Select a Quiz > Add to Course > On > Save:

The Quiz will be added to the current site and will be displayed in Learning Modules web part.

NOTE:

Please be aware that all new Quizzes, that are added to the Course will automatically be marked as required to complete the Course.

NOTE

To change the completion option, navigate to Course Management actions panel > Course Completion Settings > define the learning items to complete the Course.

NOTE:

A quiz can also be created on Quizzes page. To do this, go to the Administration back-end. On Quizzes page click Select a Quiz button Picture 594, and then click Create button in Select a Quiz dialog. You will be redirected to Quiz Creation page.

 

After saving a user will be redirected to Quizzes page and a quiz will appear in a list of quizzes. A Quiz will be automatically added to the current site and will be displayed in Learning Modules web part.

    1. 3.1 Uploading media content

It is possible to add media content to the Quiz questions while creating or editing it.

To do this, enter the Quiz Editor, select the needed type of the question, and then use corresponding buttons in rich-text editor to add the necessary media content:

          • -Insert YouTube video – click Insert YouTube button Picture 6, insert YouTube url, and then click Insert button to insert YouTube video in the question:

          • -Upload Video – click Upload Video button Picture 8, and then complete the open form:

            • Choose a file – choose a file from your local computer to be uploaded;

            • Width (px) – specify the width of a video player, in pixels;

            • Height (px) – specify the height of a video player, in pixels.

Click Upload button to upload a video.

          • -Upload Image – click Upload Image button Picture 12, and then complete the open form:

  • Choose a file – choose a file from your local computer to be uploaded;

  • Width (px) – specify the width of an image, in pixels;

  • Height (px) – specify the height of an image, in pixels.

Click Upload button to upload an image.

          • -Upload File – click Upload File button Picture 15, choose a file from your local computer, and then click Upload button to add a file to the question:

NOTE:

All uploaded items (video/image/documents) are stored in Site Assets library. Learners can view uploaded videos and documents while passing a Quiz only if they have access to this library (to view uploaded images no additional permissions are required). By default, Learners have permissions to this library, but note that if you reuse a Quiz with uploaded items on the other site within the site collection, permissions may differ. Check them in Site Assets library settings on the site where this Quiz was created.

    1. 3.2 Adding Questions from a QTI Package to Quiz

The system allows adding quiz questions from QTI packages.

NOTE:

The system imports the following types of questions: Multiple Choice, Multiple Answers, True or False, Free Text Answer, Ordering, Hot Spot, Matching, Gap Fill and Short Answer.

NOTE:

The system supports only QTI packages with XML version 2.2.

NOTE:

We strongly recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox browser for importing QTI packages with questions that include mathematical expressions.

To add questions from a QTI package to a quiz, do the following:

  1. 1. Go to the Quiz creation/edit form, and then click QTI Import button in the Quiz Questions section:

  1. 2. Select a package to be uploaded from your local computer. If you select an unsupported type of package, a validation message will appear:

  1. 3. After importing, questions (with all the parameters – title, description, answers, points) will be added to the Quiz Editor:

If some questions cannot be imported (e.g. their type is not supported), you will see a message about skipped questions, which you can expand and view the list of the skipped ones:

  1. 4. You can edit, delete or reorder imported questions if needed.

  1. 4. Creating and Managing Question Pools

NOTE:

Question Pools are Tenant-based, i.e. they are available on all Tenant’s site collections.

The system allows you to create question pools and further use questions from them in Quizzes.

To create a new question pool, do the following:

  1. 1. In the LMS365 Admin Center click Manage Content, choose Manage Quizzes, click Question Pools. On the opened page click Create Question Pool button Picture 512:

  1. 2. The Question Pool creation page will be opened:

  1. 3. Complete the opened form:

In the Question Pool Details section:

    • Title – specify a name of the Question Pool;

    • Category – specify a category of the Question Pool (for further use in filtering on Question Pools list and Quiz creation/edit forms);

    • Description – enter description of the Question Pool.

In the Question Pool Questions section select a type of question for the Question Pool, and then drag the selected type from the left to the Question Pool Editor. See more details about question types in section 5. Creating Quizzes.

  1. 1. Use Edit button Picture 589 to edit the question (Edit Question dialog will appear) or Delete button Picture 590 to delete the question;

  2. 2. Use drag-and-drop Picture 591 to change the order of the questions inside the question pool (influences on the order of questions when adding question pool to the quiz):

  1. 3. Click Create button Picture 592 to save the question pool or Return to Question Pools link to discard the creating.

When user clicks Return to Question Pools link, a confirmation message will appear:

On the Question Pool Storage list it is possible to edit or delete created question pools. To do this, click the callout next to the question pool’s name, and select the needed option:

    1. 4.1 Adding Questions from a QTI Package to Question Pool

    1. 4.2 Adding Questions from the Pool to Quizzes

The Question Pool is a repository of questions that can be used by all quizzes. If necessary, you can add questions to the quiz from the Question Pool.

To add a question from the pool to the quiz, do the following:

  1. 1. Open Quiz creation/edit form, and then select ‘Question Pools’ in the Quiz Questions section:

  1. 2. Drag the needed question pool to the Quiz Editor (you can find the needed question pool using filters). The following form will open:

To quickly find the needed questions, you can use the following filters:

  • Points – set the range of points that learner can get for the question’s answer;

  • Tags – enter tags specified for the questions. To view all the questions with any of the relevant tags click Include Any button. To view the questions with all the listed tags click Include All button.

If ‘Fixed’ type is selected, you can select questions to be added to the quiz by selecting the checkbox next to the question’s title.

If ‘Random’ type is selected, random questions will be added from this question pool to the quiz. In the Total Questions field, it is possible to set maximum number of questions that will be added. You can decrease the number of questions from which random ones will be added by filtering questions (use Points and/or Tags filters as described above).

  1. 3. Use Edit button Picture 589 to edit the question (Edit Question dialog will appear) or Delete button Picture 590 to delete the question when ‘Fixed’ type of import is used (changes will not affect Question Pool). When ‘Random’ type is used, it is impossible to edit questions (only number of questions that will be added to the quiz will be displayed in brackets next to the question pool’s name):

  1. 4. Use drag-and-drop Picture 591 to change the order of the questions inside the quiz:

Changes made for Quizzes are displayed on all site collection sites.

    1. 5.1 Managing Quizzes on Site Collection

To edit a Quiz, do the following:

  1. 1. Click Manage Content, select Manage Quizzes, click Quizzes:

If user restores unsaved changes, he can dismiss them by clicking Dismiss Unsaved Changes button:

Remember that the system saves only the last made changes (i.e. for the last edited Quiz).

After editing a Quiz, old attempts will not be lost, information will be kept by the system (the changes will be applied for the not completed and new attempts). Users will be able to continue their old attempts or start new attempts.

To delete a Quiz from site collection, do the following:

  1. 1. Click Manage Content, select Manage Quizzes, click Quizzes, choose the required Quiz and click on it:

Click Delete button to confirm the deletion or Cancel button to discard the deletion.

    1. 5.2 Managing Quizzes on a current site

To delete a Quiz from current course site, do the following:

  1. 1. Click the Course Management, choose the Course List, and click the required Course. On the actions panel choose Manage Quizzes and click it:

  1. 2. On the opened Quizzes page select a Quiz you want to delete. Click Delete Quiz button Picture 543 in the callout menu next to its name:

Click OK button to confirm the deletion or Cancel button to discard the deletion.

  1. 6. Viewing Details of Quiz Attempts

To see details of Learner’s Quiz attempts, go to Quizzes page. Select the needed Quiz and click View Learner’s Details button Picture 546 on the actions panel:

  • -Title column – shows Quiz title;

  • -Callout menu actions – allow to delete a Quiz from current site, see details of a Quiz attempt, and see Question Statistics;

  • -Course Completion column – shows if a Quiz completion is required for Course completion.

  • -Learners Completed column – shows percent of Learners who have completed a Quiz;

  • -Learners in Progress column – shows percent of Learners who have started a Quiz, but have not completed it;

  • -Learners not Started column – shows percent of Learners who have not started a Quiz yet;

  • -Learners Failed column – shows percent of Learners who have not finished a Quiz successfully;

The following information will be displayed:

  • -Name column – displays the name of the Learner;

  • -Passed columndisplays Learner’s passed status of the attempt;

  • -Score column – displays the score that Learner got while passing a Quiz;

  • -Passing Score column – displays a passing score set for a current Quiz;

  • -Status column – displays Learner’s attempt status:

    • oNot Started status – an attempt has not been started yet;

    • oIn Progress status – an attempt has been started, but has not been finished;

    • oCompleted status – an attempt has been completed;

    • oFailed status – an attempt has been finished unsuccessfully;

    • oOut of attempts – an attempt has been finished unsuccessfully and there are no attempts left;

  • -Date Completed column – displays date and time of attempt completion (they are shown according to the regional settings of the current site);

  • -Time Spent – displays time that Learner has spent on his last attempt (if an attempt is In Progress, time spent is empty).

NOTE:

If you edit a Quiz and change passing score for it, it will be changed for the incomplete attempts (changes will be applied when a Learner continues his attempt and submits an answer) and new attempts and will not be changed for the completed attempts.

NOTE:

If Learner had more than one attempt, the results of the last one will be displayed.

  • -Date Created column – displays date and time when the attempt was started by the Learner;

  • -Passed column – displays Learner’s passed status of the attempt;

  • -Score column – displays the score that Learner got for this attempt;

  • -Passing Score column – displays a passing score set for the Quiz;

  • -Status column – displays Learner’s attempt status:

    • oIn Progress status – an attempt has been started, but has not been finished;

    • oCompleted status – an attempt has been completed;

    • oFailed status – an attempt has been finished unsuccessfully;

    • oOut of attempts – an attempt has been finished unsuccessfully and there are no attempts left;

  • -Date Completed column – displays date and time of attempt completion (they are shown according to the regional settings of the current site);

NOTE:

If you edit a Quiz and change passing score for it, it will be changed for the incomplete attempts (changes will be applied when a Learner continues his attempt and submits an answer) and new attempts and will not be changed for the completed attempts.

To review Learner’s answers, click View Learner’s Attempt button Рисунок 21 (it is available regardless the ‘Allow Review’ option) next to the attempt you want to review. The following information will appear:

On this page you can see Quiz details as well as all attempt’s questions with the Learner’s answers (not answered questions are displayed without answers).

For the Free Text Answer question you can edit the number of points earned by the Learner. To do that, click Edit button next to the number of points:

After you have changed the number of points, click Save button to save the changes or Cancel button to discard them:

Attempt’s completion status as well as the score will be recalculated after you have changed the number of earned points.

To delete Learner’s attempt, click delete button Picture 540 next to attempt you want to delete. A confirmation message will appear:

You can use filters for sorting the information on Quiz Details page. Filters are available for Name, Passed, Score, Passing Score, Status, and Date Completed columns.

Information displayed on a Quiz Details page can be downloaded to your local computer in an Excel document .xlsx. To do this, click Export to Excel link:

To view Question Statistics, do the following:

  1. 8. Reports

The system allows creating two types of reports: by Learner and by Training.

    1. 8.1 Learner Reports

To create a report by Learner, do the following actions:

  1. 1. Click the required Course on the Course list. On the opened actions panel choose Quizzes and click Reports:

  1. 2. On the opened Reports page select group by Learners from the drop-down list. Use filters to create a report:

  • -Select – select from the drop-down list the name(s) of Learner(s) for whom the report will be created;

  • -Include select type of Learners to include in the report: Active, Deleted (disabled users are also shown in Deleted Learners type) or All;

  • -Start Date – select start date for the Report;

  • -End Date – select end date for the Report.

NOTE:

Start and End Date filtration is based on the status of attempts made in the selected period of time.

  1. 3. Click Create Report button Picture 509. An .xlsx report will be created and downloaded to your computer. It contains the following information:

  • Information about all Learner’s attempts:

  • Learner’s name – shows Learner’s name;

  • Email – shows Learner’s email address;

  • Account – shows user’s account;

  • Department – shows user’s department (information is taken from User List);

  • Number of Quizzes – shows number of all Quizzes created on a course site where user is a Learner;

  • Passed – shows percent of passed Learner’s Quizzes compared to all Quizzes on the current site;

  • Score – shows Learner’s average score;

  • Passing Score – shows average passing score of all Quizzes on the current site;

  • Attempts – shows number of attempts that Learner made to complete Quizzes created on the current site;

  • Information about each Learner’s Quiz:

  • Quiz Title – contains the title of the Quiz;

  • Status – shows completion status of Learner’s attempt;

      • oNot Started status – Quiz attempt has not been started yet;

      • oIn Progress status – Quiz attempt has been started, but has not been finished;

      • oCompleted status – Quiz attempt has been completed;

Attempt time is calculated from the moment an attempt was first started till it was finished. So if user started an attempt and after some period of time clicked ‘Continue’, attempt time includes all the period till the attempt is finished.

  • Score – shows Learner’s score;

  • Date Completed – shows date of Quiz completion.

NOTE:

Information for the Report is taken from the current course site where Quizzes are created.

  1. 10. Language

Out of the box LMS365 Quiz Builder is translated to English language only.

NOTE:

Out of the box LMS365 Quiz Builder English translation can be modified the same way as it is translated to other languages.

 

NOTE:

The LMS365 Quiz Builder translation is applied for the whole tenant.

 


To add translation to alternate language(s) for the LMS365 Quiz Builder, use Language Files section in Global settings:

    1. 1. Click Global Settings > Settings > Language Files > Quiz Builder. Language Settings page will open:

    1. 2. Select an alternate language in the” Select Language drop-down (a list of all possible alternative languages is displayed):

  1. 1. On the opened Language Settings page type your translation for each phrase in Your Choice column and click Save:

  1. 1. Click Export to save the language file to your local computer;

  2. 2. Edit the downloaded .xlsx file locally filling in the Custom Values column:

  2. 4. Translation from Custom Values column will be displayed in Your choice. Click Save to save the translation.

NOTE:

The new translation is applied after page reload.

 

NOTE:

Prerequisite for presenting LMS365 sites (and also the LMS365 Quiz Builder) in more than one language: alternate language(s) should be chosen in site collection’s Site Settings -> Language settings.

 

Rules of presenting LMS365 sites (and also the LMS365 Quiz Builder) in different languages (specified by priority from high to lower):

  1. 1. The language preferences stored in the user profile. (It takes some time before user language preferences are applied after you change them). See link where to find these preferences.

  2. 2. If no language preference is defined in the user profile, the language preferences stored in the user's web browser are used. (You should reopen browser session if you change browser language preference). See link where to find these preferences.

  3. 3. If no language preferences are defined in the user's profile and web browser, the default site language is used.

NOTE:

If you need the LMS365 Quiz Builder be presented only in one specific language, you have to create Site collection (where the LMS365 Quiz Builder will be added) in that language and not choose any alternative languages.
