This article is related to our customers who have issues with logging in to our Zendesk Ticket System.
If you are using Microsoft365 account option to sign in, you will experience an infinite loop which leads you back to the sign in options.
In this case you should use the "Forgot password" option to reset it.
The link to reset password will be sent to your email.
After that, your method of authentication will be Microsoft 365 account and Zendesk password.
Please note: all your tickets and history will be available after these actions
