Thank you for your patience while we were solving the issue with the tenant provisioning.
Root Cause Analysis: The incident was caused by a bug that reached production with the new release.
Resolution: Our engineering team created a quick code fix.
Remediation items: Determined scope of additional testing to eliminate possibility of facing similar issues.
We’re happy to report that the issue with tenant provisioning that has affected some of our customers in specific regions has been resolved.
