We have investigated this issue in our environment, but we have not identified the root causes of it.
We escalated the issue to Microsoft support to deeply investigate the situation in close collaboration with their specialists.
Investigation Result: That situation related to Microsoft datacenter network problem. We are going to improve our monitoring system to be aware of a similar situation in the future and prevent LMS365 degradation asap.

We would like to inform you of an incident in Japan region that prevented users from accessing the LMS365 for some time on June 9th.
The surge of failed requests in the region which had started at 03:00 AM UTC has been completely stopped at 03:18 AM UTC.
We are investigating the root cause of this incident and will follow up once we have an update. If you notice any similar issues going forward, please reach out to us.
